There may be occasions where we need to send you login credentials. We will never ask for your credentials or send credentials through email, chat or other insecure methods. The process we use involves YellowHammerIT techs opening a ticket to alert you that we are about to send you login credentials. When you login at https://yellowhammerit.com/clients/ to access your portal , click on the blue Ticket box. then select the ticket we just sent you. After the ticket opens, on the far right side is a button called "Sensitive Data" click on that, when that opens click on the date and your credentials will be revealed.
Important note: All credentials stored here are deleted at 3:00 AM CST every day. It will be important for you to access the Sensitive Data vault, copy your credentials to a secure location prior to 3:00 AM the next day.
